UNILAG CALLS FOR BIDS FOR TWO (2) DISMANTLED PARTS OF LIFTS AT THE FACULTY OF ARTS BUILDING

The University of Lagos (through the Board of Survey) intends to board the two (2) dismantled parts of Lifts at the Faculty of Arts Building which include the following:

2 Sets of Counterweight Blocks, 2 Nos. of Counterweight Frame, 8 Nos. of Drive Sheeve, 2 Nos. of Blower, 2 Nos. of Hoist Motor, 2 Nos. of Gear, 10 Nos. of Ropes, 2 Nos. of Cabin Frame, 2 Nos. of Extractor Fan, 24 Nos. of Doors, 2 Nos. of Control Panel, 2 Nos. of Governor and 2 Sets of Guide Rails etc.

Interested members of the public should bid for the above mentioned Parts of the Lifts in sealed envelopes and submit same under confidential cover to the following address:

All bids must be submitted to the above address not later than two (2) weeks from the date of this publication.  No late submission of bids shall be entertained.  Inspection of the Two (2) Dismantled Parts of Lifts shall be done at the Faculty of Arts Building, University of Lagos between 9.00am and 3.00pm (Monday – Friday).

Interested persons will pay a bids’ fee of N2,000 (Two Thousand Naira) only for the Two (2) Dismantled Parts of Lifts into CBN TSA REMITA ACCOUNT AT ANY OF THE BANKS ON CAMPUS.  A copy of the deposit slip should be taken to the CASH OFFICE of the University where an official receipt would be issued for the payment.

Please note that a prospective bidder is allowed to make just ONE (1) bid in his/her name, otherwise he/she stands to be disqualified for double or multiple bids.
